    Accend provides responsive, client-centered, and recovery-focused community-based counseling, rehabilitative and case management services designed to restore health and maximize quality of life, independence & functioning for adults and children diagnosed with mental illness and behavioral disorders.


    Type Full-time
    Location Two Harbors
    Pay $22-$26 per hour


    Psychotherapists help clients learn how to take control of their life & respond to challenging situations providing high quality therapeutic services and diagnostic services to individuals with a mental health diagnosis by:


    • Providing community based individual, group, and family therapy to clients
    • Completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, CASIIs, SDQs, and all other required assessment work
    • Providing consultation and care coordination with natural supports, school and other professionals.

    *Because of our need, a mixed caseload of adult and children's services may be necessary for this position.




    Psychotherapists must meet the following qualifications. Please review these qualifications and do not apply if you do not meet these qualifying methods.

    • are candidates for LICSW, LPCC, LMFT
    • are approved by the applicable licensing board to begin a clinical training placement


    • Have at least 1 year of experience providing mental health services to individuals with mental illness
    • Client-centered

    • Able to work independently & meet deadlines
    • Able to maintain calm under pressure
